Lori grew up in Hawai'i in the quaint town of Kailua on the windward side of O'ahu. The daughter of a designer and general contractor, Lori's parents instilled a strong work ethic in her and her two sisters and cultivated a love for creating beautiful, functional spaces. Trained as a dancer she appreciates all aspects of the performing arts and international talent the Maui Arts and Cultural Center brings to the island.

Lori graduated from Business College in 1979 and moved to Maui to pursue a career in court reporting. After six years in the legal field she moved on to become an associate development director for Seabury Hall, a private college prep middle/high school organizing annual fund campaigns, writing grant proposals and coordinating capital campaign improvement events.

As a Realtor, helping couples prepare for home-ownership, transition from one home to another, and explore income properties comes naturally for Lori. She has been fully-licensed in the financial services industry since 2001 and maintains her life/health insurance and securities licenses (Series 6, 67, 26) specializing in the areas of income protection and retirement planning. Lori has served as president for the upcountry chapter of BNI (Business Networking International). The prestigious organization's philosophy of "Giver's Gain" expanded her professional referral network reinforcing her commitment to delivering for her clients.

So, when she’s not at a kitchen table helping a couple create a new game plan or vision for the future, nothing is more exciting than finding the perfect fixer-upper or ready-to-move-in home! Lori and her partner, TJ, share a rich home life upcountry with their sweet dog, aloof cat and happy-go-lucky chickens. When she's not working or relaxing on the family farm, you're almost sure to find Lori close by in a yoga class or walking with friends in the majestic Makawao forest.
