Lynette Pendergast is a native of Montana and fell in love with Maui during her first visit to the valley isle in 1978. She and her husband Scott purchased a condo in South Maui in 2001. After visiting the island as often as they could, they finally purchased their perfect home Upcountry in 2008. Since then, Lynette and Scott have been enjoying the island life and aloha of Maui along with their sweet dog Sadie, a rescue from the Maui Humane Society.  

Lynette earned her BA from Carroll College, a small liberal arts college in Helena, MT.  She and Scott raised three sons together. The boys and their families, including three grandchildren, are now spread between North Carolina, San Diego and Mexico City.

Lynette enjoys traveling the world, sampling fine wines and watching the beautiful Maui sunsets from her lanai. In addition, Lynette spends many hours at the beach paddle boarding, reading her Kindle, snorkeling to catch a glimpse of sea turtles, and enjoying the relaxation and sunshine only awarded on Maui.

Lynette has always had a special interest in real estate. She has owned various properties throughout Montana and spent many hours touring properties throughout Southern California, Seattle, and Colorado. Lynette recognizes fine properties and an excellent deal when she sees one!
