Felice has lived on Maui for the past 26 years and before that on the North Shore of Oahu where she met her husband Paul of 32 years. After visiting Maui in the early 80’s they fell in love with the beauty and diversity of the island and bought land in Upcountry Haiku, where they now have a working Palm tree farm with organic orchards and vegetable gardens. Any free time she gets, she is out surfing and playing tennis and loves cooking healthy meals for her family. Born in Japan, She is fluent in Japanese and visits her family there regularly.


Felice has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for the past 8 years in the State of Hawaii. She enjoys working with people to help them find the perfect Maui home. One of her passions is to help her clients find homes that are green and self sustainable so they can live a healthier lifestyle. She understands that a real estate sale and purchase is one of the largest transactions one makes in a lifetime and she is committed to making that transaction as smooth as possible.
